Cancellation policy

Conference fees:

  • Full refund for cancellations received before May 30th 2026 (midnight CEST);
    (please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between May 31st and June 13th 2026 (midnight CEST);
  • No refunds will be granted after June 14th 2026 (midnight CEST).

 

Cancellation of optional tours and Conference dinner:

  • Full refund for cancellations received before May 30th 2026 (midnight CEST)
    (please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between May 31st and June 13th 2026 (midnight CEST);
  • No refunds will be granted after June 14th 2026 (midnight CEST).

 

Note: All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.
